- 29 credits a notice, no subscription
- A second AI model reviews every result
- Nothing to install or connect
You upload
- CP2000_notice.pdfNotice, tax year 2024
- Filed_return_2024.pdfForm 1040 and schedules
You get back
| Item | Notice | Return | Difference | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1099-B, Brokerage | $2,310.00 | Not found | $2,310.00 | |
| No line of the return reports it. The draft agrees with this item and lists it for you to confirm with your client. | ||||
| 1099-NEC, Staffing | $8,400.00 | $8,400.00 | $0.00 | |
| Reported as Schedule C gross receipts, so the draft does not agree. The line and page are cited. | ||||
| 1099-INT, Credit union | $412.37 | $412.37 | $0.00 | |
| Reported on Form 1040 line 2b. A difference of one cent would show here as a difference. | ||||

What a credit and a unit mean
A credit is the prepaid unit you spend on jobs: each kind of job costs a fixed number of credits, and a credit costs between $1.00 (25-credit pack) and $0.70 (2,000-credit pack).
- One notice answered: reconciled, drafted and checked: 29 credits
- One IRS or state tax notice with the filed return and records it concerns (up to 6 files, 80 pages in total), every figure reconciled to the cent by code, the result checked by code and by a second AI model, with a drafted response letter and Exhibit A.
What a job costs
- 1 notice (29 credits)
- $50
- 2 notices (58 credits)
- $75
- 10 notices (290 credits)

Questions
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. NoticeBrief drafts from the pages you upload. You decide every position, put the letter on your letterhead and sign it. It sends and files nothing.
Which notices does it cover?
IRS CP2000 and CP504 notices and state notices of proposed assessment. A notice of another kind gets Exhibit A and a list of what to check, with no position drafted.
Does it read scanned paper notices?
Not yet. Upload a PDF with a text layer, a Word file or a text file. A page with no text is listed as not read.
Who checks the result?
A second, stronger AI model reviews every result, fixes what it can, and lists what is left for you to decide. Results are model output checked by code and by a second model; they are not verified by a person.
What do I still do myself?
Add the date, the taxpayer's identification and your signature, and read each position. NoticeBrief extracts no taxpayer number from a notice.
How do credits work?
Buy a pack and spend 29 credits per notice. Credits never expire and there is no subscription. General AI notice tools publish lower monthly prices for what their own pages describe.
Who is behind NoticeBrief?
NETBEARS TEAM SRL, a small software company. This is a new product. It is not proven on a real notice yet and we have no customers to quote, so the samples here are invented.
